    This branch was always horrible customer service when it was first bank so I avoided it. Since it switched to PNC and I had an appointment across the street and I figured I would go in and try it out again. Same people same horrible experience. I can be empathetic to having to learn a new system but considering how many past experiences with the same people that I have had and all resulted in the same slow, uninformative, poor attitude, unprofessional experience.
