  I never had issues with First bank. I believe I made the biggest mistake to accept to join PNC. They let fraudulent transactions go through, and investigation for 50 dollars could take 90 days for it to be resolved… it’s ridiculous, how the move transactions to you get overdrafted, which already happened twice! I will be closing my account soon. The Denver beach is so terrible, going to it is nothing but a hassle. I should’ve switched banks…

  The most unprofessional crew of misfits I’ve ever seen working a customer service job. They never pick up the phone, and the GM was the most confrontational out of all of them.

  This branch is the worst! Everytime I come to make a deposit through the drive through it takes anywhere from 20-30 minutes for a simple transaction. That’s with no one in line!

  It is literally the slowest of customer service, it's so slow that I literally went to Walmart to cash my check and paid the fee just so I can Cash my check in less than 10 minutes every time I go to the bank it takes anywhere from 30 to 45 minutes just to cash a check there's cashiers always standing around taking our time, event a line out the door I don't think there should be more than one cashier at a register and tell the line gets down but when you see three teller's one drawer in a line out the door it doesn't make sense that one customer is getting help from three different colors maybe the training sucks and nobody knows what they're doing there kind of makes me wonder?.......….…....
