  Was a 1stbank customer for over a decade. Never got replacement card in the mail from PNC and I now have to drive 30 MINUTES from my house to get a new debit card. Why do they not let you print a new debit card at ANY location? wasted my time waiting in line because I was told over the phone any PNC branch could. Switching to a credit union, national banks are trash

  I had a strange request regarding an old FirstBank account and they were extremely helpful. I really appreciated the personalized banking experience and focus on each customer they showed when I visited the branch. I think people should really give em a chance to show what great work they can do with our community!

  First visit inside a PNC after 18+ years with 1stBank. Jason greeted me and answered my questions about the ATM which had denied my $500 withdrawal. You can withdraw up to $400 twice a day, but not $500 at once. At 11 a.m. I was third in line for a teller. By the time I was first in line, there were 8 customers behind me so PNC does need to provide this location with more tellers. The teller and another staff who helped me were helpful, patient, and well informed. Also learned I can still use my old 1stBank checks with the former account numbers. My experience was positive!

  Do not bank here. Poorly staffed is an understatement. Transitioning from first bank did NOT go well. Incompetent in every possible way. Unable to locate a copy of a check for proof of payment. We are finding a new bank ASAP. I would never, ever recommend PNC

  I have never been treated so rudely & unprofessionally as at this location! You should have kept ALL 1st Bank employees! All I wanted to do was get two documents notarized, didn’t have appt so I waited an hour! Didn’t know I shouldn’t have signed & dated anything & explained that to the employee. He had me change one document, already signed but “in good consciousness wouldn’t accept the other document, wouldn’t let me sign & date again in front of him so rather than argue I said fine I’ll have my Niece do thus one. He then pushed the other document he had already stamped & logged in & said he wasn’t going to sign it either! I looked at him & asked if he was serious & he said yes, he didn’t like my attitude! I was stunned by his demeanor so got up and left! I have NEVER been treated so poorly, he was the one with an attitude! What happened to GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE! I’m sorry 1st Bank was taken over!
