People are standing in line for a good 20-30 minutes, myself included, all because they have to count deposits by hand instead of using a simple money counting machine.

Been there twice in person for a simple deposit, stood in line for over 20 minutes both times. Only two tellers, despite the changeover from first bank, and all the many issues/questions the changeover caused. Both times people walked out of the bank because the wait was so long. The staff is friendly and professional, what I observed is their internal systems seems to be severely antiquated - hence simple tasks such as a depositing a check, and exchanging big bills to small requires a lot of different tasks for the tellers…..seriously like 20 click through menus to give me change for a $100 bill. I feel bad for the tellers.
