I have never been stuck in a drive thru back for this long in my entire life. I will never come back to this branch. Only one car in front of me and haven't moved in 30 minutes

This place is horrible wasted my whole lunch break in the drive thru, just for them not to cash my check because i dont have the amount in my bank account. Thats why i need to cash it dummy. Im broke. Im hope pnc goes out of business. Im definitely leaving and banking with someone else.

First time since switching from FirstBank to PNC that I came to this location. Went through drive up, waited 10 minutes for the first person to come, then another 10 minutes to get any money. No response to the call button. No manners or apologizing. Wild. Absolutely wild at this poor service & efficiency.
