Es la segunda ves que visito este lugar, antes first bank ahora PNC y no ha mejorado nada, el servicio es muy lento, vñcrei que con este cambio sería mejor pero estoy equivocado y desepcionado... espero mejore en un futuro cercano.

UPDATED AT THE BOTTOM: Robert, the Teller manager looked me in the eyes and lied straight to my face when he said they do not take damaged bills for exchange. I have banked with 1stbank that is now pnc for 5 years and it has gone completely down hill with there customer service. Katlyn from executive customer relations Reached out to me in regards to my issue and was able to get everything resolved with the branch manager. Once I came back in, everything was fantastic and smooth.

Awful! It's not possible for them to handle anyone's transaction without several people being involved. I waited a half hour to make a deposit today because everyone there who wasn't just sitting around was summoned for the single transaction. Everything PNC told us about the Firstbank acquisition has been a lie. I will find someplace else to bank. They don't know what they're doing. My money is safer under my mattress...

Decide to give this guys a chances coming from first bank. Nothing changes same employee same negative attitude I suppose its time to take my business elsewhere..
