  I normally go to the PNC on Iliff and Havana. I noticed this PNC the other day while driving and figured it might be less crowded. I was told I would only have $100 available from my payroll check when I explained to the tellers that I cash my check every two weeks at PNC and that my funds are always available immediately. I explained to them I don’t want the money. I want to make sure my funds are available. I’ve never had a problem. My payroll check is a PNC check, and I also have a PNC account. The guy cut me off and repeated himself while I was trying to explain and repeated himself again that I would only have 100 available. I asked the young lady to give me my check back, went to the PNC on Iliff and Havana, and had absolutely no problems; my funds were made available immediately. The young man behind the counter is very rude and nasty, and I will never return to that PNC. Customer service is important, and I've seen reviews where other people have complained about the customer service at this branch. Maybe you really need to do something about it. I also returned to this location to show them that my funds were made available immediately the full check the guy at the front door said he would let his manager know, but I doubt that even happened.

  Extremely frustrating and unacceptable experience with PNC Bank. I attempted to withdraw my own business funds twice and was denied both times. The first time, I was told they didn’t have enough cash available and that I would have to wait for someone to access the safe. The second time, a representative named Maitaya refused to process my withdrawal even after I provided my valid driver’s license, stating that she was not comfortable completing the transaction. I run a busy business, and every 30 minutes I spend going back and forth to the bank is valuable time away from my business. I have never experienced a situation where I had to essentially be told whether I could access my own money or not. This was extremely frustrating and unacceptable. I am seriously reconsidering keeping my business account with PNC. I hope PNC management reviews what happened and addresses this situation appropriately

  Worst banking experience in 30 years. An eternity in hell is a more pleasant experience, dining with Donald Trump eating McDonald's would be more pleasant. Its the worst company I've ever seen across the board. Never bank here, your mental health truly depends on it.

  Slowest ever. I didn’t realize that I needed to plan 45 minutes to pull some money out. I had to rush to an appointment because of this and was late. Other people could’ve helped out the tellers, but nobody was directing them to move to where the Business was.

  PNC bought First Bank in Colorado. I have contact them 3 times and have been disconnected all 3 times. Their chat message center can not help. I need to Zelle money and can not add the person. The app continues to time out. No way of getting this issue resolved. They verified my account have my phone number and NO ONE boughters to call me back. The transition to PNC was riddled with issues when it came to on going payments,
