  I had a great experience at PNC Bank. Megan was especially helpful, friendly, and professional. She made the entire process easy and answered all of my questions with patience. Everyone was welcoming, and the overall experience was smooth and pleasant. I truly appreciate the excellent customer service and would highly recommend this branch.

  I have been banking with First Bank (now PNC) for several years and would like to give a shout out to the customer service at THIS branch. I banked with Wells Fargo forever and over time the lines got longer, the services fewer and fees bigger One day I went to bank, and as usual, the line was ten people deep with only two tellers and several employees just sitting around waiting for something to happen. I got to the front of the line only to find out there was now a fee on my previously free service. I was done. I went to First Bank where the tellers were quickly handling the customers and there was little to no wait. I stepped up for the next teller and, even though things were moving quickly, an employee got up from her desk to expedite my transaction. "Now that is customer service", I thought and that employee was Megan Selbe. My accounts were transfered from Wells to First Bank that very day. This level of customer service continues today at this location following the strong example their Branch Manager who has always gone the extra mile. Kudos!

  I have been banking with First Bank, now PNC Bank for several years and I would like to give a shout out to Megan Selbe, Branch Manager at the 64th and Ward Road location. She is Awesome!! She has always been there for me and takes care of me with my account or other banking needs whenever I come in. She is always friendly, personable, knowledgeable and I feel that I am a valued customer. I cannot say enough about her and her wonderful staff.

  With the recent change from First Bank to PNC, I'm keeping my account there because of Megan Selbe. I'm not happy with First Bank changing to PNC, but I'm sticking around as long as she is still there. Megan has been with this location for decades, she is savvy with intricate financial details, and has always been a big help to me and as I've seen first-hand, with many other people from all walks of life. Even when she's busy (which is often), she still has time to say "hello" and ask me how I'm doing, and assists me with anything I need to get done. In this world of people not sticking around and not being reliable, she's one of the very few I can count on to represent the company by providing great service in a way that keeps me coming back and turning down offers for accounts elsewhere.

  If I could I wouldn't even put a star and I honestly believe the people saying the manager Megan is great, I can't believe it at all, why because the very first day they were open I witnessed her being awful to a sweet elderly man, being rude to him because he didn't know about the app it was heartbreaking to listen to her be rude to an elderly person for not understanding he had to have a stupid app which a lot of us are over having to have for every thing, yes unfortunately I get technology is here to stay forever but the older generations aren't so maybe be nice help them with kindness and compassion and the fact it was the very first day of them being open that's even more of a reason to be kind, I already closed my account over that one interaction but they also messed with my livelihood when it came to my own checks not being direct deposited because they lied saying I didn't need a new routing number and account info, anyways to find out she's a manager made me feel so much better about leaving cause that was gross behavior from a "manager" yuck.
