  I know they transferred banks and it’s not easy process for them. But they still so nice and they were so patient with me and my questions, all the staff are so friendly and helpful 🙏

  Wow, they have zero customer service, now require you to show an ID to make a deposit and asked a question and the male teller ignored me and was extremely rude. Seems like a lot of people are quite unhappy. I will be shopping for other banks.

  Extremely frustrated with PNC after taking over first bank. Have been trying to submit wire transfers for 2 weeks now and no progress. Branch direct line never picks up and all other PNC lines say I need to talk to the branch directly but they cannot transfer my call to the branch. Will be completing this transaction and then closing my account due to frustrations over this process.

  This PNC nonsense should be criminal. Other banks have mergers that are at least well planned and don’t out the burden on the customer. Lines out the door, hour long waits on the phone (with FirstBank you'd get right on with someone…gone are those days) tellers and reps that can’t do anything in the “new” system. It’s heart breaking to see elderly folks in line worrying about their money and being told they are okay for now but that eventually their account and routing numbers will change. No satisfactory reason has been given for this (other mergers happen without the numbers changing) and so the burden falls to the former customers to have to update all automatic credits and debits themselves! If I have to go to that trouble I’ll just go to another bank! All five of our family households left after 40 years and took near 20 accounts to Wells Fargo. If I have to update all my numbers and have this kind of life disruption it’s the least I can do. PNC is a big bank like Fargo but at least at Fargo I get more locations and a better app. This is all about the money and growing fast and I hope it hits them hard with a mass exodus. Good riddance and what a thank you for 40 years as a customer. This is no longer the Colorado bank for me.

  I paid my bills before you took over from 1st bank . All of my bills were paid , and I would have been positive at least $40 on the bank, I get up and look at my account , and for some reason you guys have me in the negative from all my bills. It’s like you double charged me or something . This is completely uncalled for and you guys haven’t done anything but give all of us problems with the switch over . I should NOT be negative in the bank. All these charges were paid last week before you took over. .I will be switching banks first chance I get, but one thing I know for sure ..You guys WILL be fixing this
