  I brought my 75-year-old mother into this branch simply to obtain a copy of her bank statement. After approximately 15 minutes, the teller was still unable to download or print it. As the teller line continued to grow, the teller called someone in the back, presumably a manager, for assistance. That person refused to come to the front and instead attempted to coach the teller over the phone, while customers continued waiting. Ultimately, we left without the statement and were given a 1-800 number to call. I managed a teller line at a local credit union for 23 years, and this level of service would NEVER have been tolerated. A manager should have stepped in, helped the teller, and addressed the growing line. My mother should not have had this much difficulty obtaining a basic document from her own bank. After this experience, I will be encouraging my parents to move their accounts to Meritrust Credit Union.
