- ISIvan Smirnov5 days ago1.0Understaffed and disengaged. I attempted to open a bank account here for my business. Despite three attempts, ultimately the team does not care about new clients. My first visit I drove in and had to leave empty handed as the banker was out of town. My second time I called in and sent over my documents, and was ghosted. The third time, they offered to call me via confirmed phone appointment and did not do so, and ignored all my calls and emails. Clearly this bank and/or branch is not interested in getting new customers. Do not waste your time, go somewhere else instead.

I chalked it up to incompetence. Yesterday I came in to get a document notarized only to be denied because the document was “too legal”. The doc in question was a insurance release. — went to the branch on Ralston and they handled it in 5 minutes no issue. I had a white friend go in and cash a check, he had no issues. And he doesn’t even have an acct.
