They offered waters, piggy banks to kids waiting in the lobby, and gave my pooch a treat! It’s so great to have a PNC branch in the east bay! As an east coast transplant, I’ve been maintaining my PNC account, holding out, and advocating for California branch. This one does not disappoint!
