  The EECU app sucks!!! My check deposit never appears as pending. I get pay on Fridays log in to the app and it shows no deposit literally sucks will be closing my account

  I recently had an issue with my auto loan rate at EECU, but their team turned it around in record time. After sending a detailed email outlining my concerns, I got a call back within 30 minutes, and we completed the loan over the phone right then and there. The management team was professional, responsive, and truly member-focused. It’s refreshing to see a credit union that values communication and goes the extra mile to make things right. Highly recommend EECU for anyone in Visalia looking for reliable banking services!

  Waited to speak to a representative for about 25-30 minutes and once they started to help me. They tell me they have to honor other appointment and if i could come back at a later time. My problem is why wouldn’t you suggest for me to make an appointment when i first walked in instead of making me waste my time when you know an appointment is coming up soon. I don’t really write reviews and i would’ve told the employee this but i was planning on letting it go but the more i thought about the more I’m frustrated that i wasted 40 minutes to get told to make an appointment.
