  I haven’t used my EECU account in a long time because I was in school for several years, so I went in needing some assistance. I didn’t get the employee’s name, but I believe it may have been Paty. Unfortunately, from the moment I approached her, I felt like she was annoyed that I was there and didn’t want to help me. When she had to call someone else to assist with my situation, she slammed her mouse on the table. I found that behavior very rude and unprofessional. I understand that everyone has bad days, but as a customer, I should still feel welcomed and respected when I’m asking for help. If you’re unhappy in your position, that shouldn’t be taken out on the customers who come in needing assistance. I hope management addresses this because customer service should be about making people feel comfortable asking for help, not like they’re inconveniencing you.

  Made an appointment so I could open a new account for my son. Arrived a few minutes early checked in and was asked to wait. They were waiting for someone to come in? Sure. My appointment time came. No one. I waited a few more minutes and asked how much longer. I made an appointment after all. They said its only been a few minutes. Yes, but I made an appointment for a time and that time has passed. Three people at their desks, no one inside. I left. I've already opened his account at another institution. Punctuality is important.

  Thanks EECU Damaree Branch for getting my loan situated and having very great customer service. I appreciate all of the extra time you took to help us get the best rate that fit our budget. Will be recommending friends and family to do business here.
