  The staff at this location great!!! Friendly, always pleasant and greet you as soon as you walk in the door. They usually say we will be right with you. It makes me feel valued as a customer.   I have been with this bank for several years. With the merger to flagstar, service has significantly decreased. Every time I talk to a rep, over the phone with customer service, everyone tells me something different. Trying to call the branch is no good, as they admittedly do not answer phones. When my family member had an issue & left messages, there was no response. She is in the military and far from a flagstar branch, with NO access to her funds. When my husband tried to activate his bank card, he was unable. It took 6 phone calls to customer service, and a trip to an extremely packed bank, with very few tellers. A rep had to get a manager to get a temporary card, and issue a new card. Turns out the information needed to activate the card was incorrect on the bank's end, and couldn't be fixed over the phone as the service representatives assured us it was. What s disappointment this bank has turned into! Searching for a new bank.
