  PNC Bank on Geer Road, Turlock, California, has been my father and brothers’ bank for over a decade. Today, only I and my father are alive. He has entrusted me with running his errands, such as withdrawals, deposits, purchasing money orders, and shopping. Upon returning home, I present him with the receipt and hand him the charge. I then inform him of his current balance. However, I am aware that his bank has contacted him to inquire about his well-being and to ascertain whether he is aware of anyone other than himself using his account. This made me feel relieved, as I was concerned about the possibility of someone taking advantage of him if I were not present to assist. I express my gratitude to PNC Bank for being a responsible institution that prioritizes the security of its clients’ finances, not just their business interests. The fact that you promptly contacted my father and wanted to verify the situation has left us both satisfied. We are confident that his money is protected, both electronically and physically. Thank you for your vigilance and for following up to ensure that everything is in order. It has been a pleasure doing business with you, PNC Bank.

  Excellent and friendly staff. They always offer you the best advice that I wasn’t aware of it. Today, Jason offered me for very secure account and said that I can use it for emergencies and that I can deposit from my checking or savings accounts to a new account. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR YOUR SERVICE AND YOUR KNOWLEDGE

  Love the customer service they give always nice and helpful love the hospitality when walking in where as wells Fargo etc. just get down to business and no personal talk I love this bank, keep it that way please 😁

  I was looking for a new bank , so I Tried this one with a unusual account. Then after a year I decided to go with them so I threw another complicated account at them.... long story short I had them cliambing the walls. Putting their hands on their heads shaking their heads.....Ok so its was too much for them, so I changed my mind and decided to go with another bank which understood and gave me simple solutions. I had BBVA close my one CD account that I had with them.....they wrote the check wrong 3 times !!!!!!!! Before getting it right the 4th time. I'll let you be the judge...good luck!
