  My son was sick and had me go deposit cash for him at the atm. I insert the cash and the machine started counting but ended up rejecting the cash so I take most back but the latch closed before I can take the rest then the receipt said $0 deposited, so basically the atm just stole the rest of the money. My son had tried to call but couldn’t get any help. Hopefully you can resolve this. / An update on this incident, EECU has resolved this matter very promptly and professionally. Thank you EECU for doing such a great job and having our backs. We appreciate you!🙏🏽

  I deposited money into their ATM and it stole almost half of it. The money it ate was not deposited into my checking account. I’ve been trying to reach customer support and no one is answering even though their website says they are available from 7-7pm. Absolutely do not use their ATM.

  Horrible experience! It’s been one road block after another with EECU. First it started with bill pay. They gave me the wrong information 4 times!! The Visalia, Tulare (2xs) and the Hanford branch!!! They rejected several payments then charged me a fee even though it was their fault since they gave me the wrong accounting information. I gave up trying to get the correct information! Now I’m having issues with depositing through their atm at both their Tulare and Visalia branch.
