  Went to open an account. Was told to check in the via kiosk (tablet). Kiosk wasn’t working waiting in line for 45 min to be told they had no openings today to open an account. What a waste of time. Need to get rid of the kiosk and have a sign saying call this number to make an appointment.

  Usually a good experience but this time horrible…. Came in at 1:28 pm on a Monday… at one point 5 of us were waiting on two tellers. Two in the back decided to go to lunch instead of helping the two tellers. Plenty of other staff here to step in and help, but all chose not to.

  I love coming here instead of going to the two branches I have offered to me here in town "Visalia". I find that at this location they're fast, friendly and to the point. They don't judge, they just help. I had an incident at one of the locations due to my employer and their checks but they made it out to be like it was my fault, but not here. Super friendly and that's why I take the extra trip to come here for any bank needs I have.
