I was trying to perform some transactions I've never had trouble performing at branches outside of California. Not only was I asked to wait for a banker, who was busy with another customer, but when he finally was free, it was after 1, closing time on a Sat. He proceeded to give me a number and said call them on Monday for what you want to do. Again, I've always gone into a branch to do the things I need to do. I'm not sure as to why it couldn't be done here.

They charge card replacement fees, high check fees and this branch takes FOREVER to do a simple transaction. They were good years ago before they came to California and now they are truly awful.
