They charge card replacement fees, high check fees and this branch takes FOREVER to do a simple transaction. They were good years ago before they came to California and now they are truly awful.

They are attentive, it's very easy to schedule an appointment, they go above and beyond to help all of their customers with any questions and do a great job of following up. And they answer their phones! You actually get a live person! I have done business at several banks and this bank is by far the most excellent.
