- FFFaithJun 17, 20261.0This bank is awful. Honestly it’s so frustrating. They got rid of all tellers at the Temecula parkway location and half the time you come to try to use the ATM you get that it’s out of service. I don’t understand and it makes no sense and it’s so frustrating. I don’t want to drive to the other side of Temecula to try and do banking.

Every step is not easy and you will never have easy access to your money. You will have plenty of money in your account and won't be allowed to withdraw from an ATM for no reason. The staff is not solution oriented at all and does not care about You or the inconveniences they cause you to your financial well-being. Seriously Bank anywhere else.

Not to mention the manager in my west hemet branch gave me some bunk information and luckily I looked up the info on line. It saved me at least 2 hrs of driving.
