  I had great experience in this branch. I brought my parents there for their bank account this week. The bank clerk was very professional and patient to assist us.

  Worst banking experience of my life. I left today because I did not want to be apart of their teaching a new employees to be actively racist in a way that defies logic and banking regulations. Despite having a Federal ID, State ID, PNC Bank card and a healthy bank account, I was grilled for half an hour while trying to get two cashier checks from my own money in my bank account. They asked how when did I start college and a bunch of irrelevant questions that had nothing to do with request for two cashier checks. I was so disgusted that I went to the Campbell branch and they handled my transaction in a matter of minutes and apologized for my horrific experience at this branch. The Sunnyvale branch lied about so many things that my head was spinning. I was told that my account was new and I guess that they forgot that I have had multiple transactions at that branch since my account was purchased by PNC that includes a large cash withdrawal without my having to prove who I was in ways other than a valid ID, valid passport and my bank card. I was even asked to prove if I was a US citizen at the Sunnyvale branch today. I got the mesage loud and clear. My kind are not welcome there. It was the oddest and most racist experience in my entire life. I'm still in shock as I write this. Oh did I mention that I 1) am not a man and 2) amd not white. So I was basically treated like a criminal for trying to get a couple of cashier checks. I almost closed my account at PNC Bank today and would have had it not been for the Campbell location assuring me that my ID and bank card established who I was and those extra hoops were completely unnecessary. If you like a big steaming cup of racism with your banking then definitely visit this location. I'm considering filing a Consumer Finance Protection complaint against this branch.
