- RYRyan Our Double YouMay 1, 20261.0Incredibly unprofessional and incompetence at its highest level. Here. The bank tellers were nice. I will give them that. However, they were unable to cash. A simple check that was from their own financial institution. Stood in line for over 20 minutes. Waiting for them to then finally tell me that they were going to charge me an $8 fee to cash the check. That's from them for administration purposes. I finally accepted it and said that it was ridiculous to be charged money again for having the money already at your institution. Finally, once it came time to physically cash the check, another bank teller came up and then said that they cannot cash it due to some unintelligible comment. My company Banks with this location every single day for multiple multiple years adding up over millions of dollars. And I couldn't get a simple check cashed because my cards and wallets and ID were stolen out of my car because I live in San Francisco, California. Even though I presented my driver's license, passport and everything like that they still came up with another reason not to cash my check. If you're looking for a bank that treats you like you are a customer and not a cattle to just be milked from do not bank with them.
