I guess they just don't care. Update, *oI called another location and they answered immediately. So here's the short version to cash a check from an insurance company that has their account with them. They want to charge me 2.5% to cash the check I said. No, thank you, I'm good, I'll take it to my bank. They gave me another option if I open an account with them. I could deposit it and they will not charge me.So they try to hustle you to open a new account.If you cash a check there so I took the Texas Route = El Paso.
