  This is a wonderful bank, and this branch in particular is especially good. The tellers are helpful and friendly. They have a new ATM machine which eliminates the need to write out a deposit slip and provides you with an image of any deposited checks. There are never long lines and you are in and out quickly. I highly recommend this branch of Cal B&T.

  Bank is a ghost town here. One of the tellers has an attitude problem and she doesn't seem interested in helping or answering questions about my cd. Knows nothing about loans or credit. I'm currently shopping for a new bank as this new management is less than mediocre.

  I used to come here and be in and out in 5 minutes TOPS but under this new management I am now standing around for over 15 minutes! I know it's not the tellers fault she's great but the reason a lot of clients come to this location is because of how fast we can make out deposit and be on our way. Now this place has turned into the Poway DMV line every time I come in. Word of advice, get up and do your job. You can't leave a line of 6 for one person. For business owners like myself time=money

  Extremely rude and disrespectful service by the new manager. They used to make copies of checks that didn't have paystubs, but today I was told they were no longer doing copies in a very snarky voice. I'll be using a new bank due to this issue.
