Everything seem to get better. He was kind considerate he listened to my issues he done more than he really had to do he done more than any other TurboTax operator that I called and I had spoken to four before him. He went out of his way to get answers for me and to leave me in the right direction set me on the path I needed to be on to get my taxes straightened out hats off to this guy. We need more operators like him if you ask me and I’ve been dealing with turbo tax for about the last seven years. He’s the best one I’ve met yet his willingness, his kindness, his compassion and his helpfulness with the extra mile for me.!!!!! When I hung up, I was a happy TurboTax Customer guaranteed to be back again next year
