    Michelle at California Bank & Trust helped my sisters and I open up a Trust account, she as well as all the tellers were very friendly, understanding and professional! We could not have done this without their help! Thank you very much!

    Sacramento Capitol Mall branch staffer assured us by phone that it would accept a signature card update for an account with its affiliate, Zions Bank. We dropped by the (closer) Arden Way branch to submit the card and barely had we explained the purpose of our visit when the staffer refused the transaction, rudely and with hostility. We exited quickly, just to get away from her. Avoid the Arden Way branch.

    I had a great experience working with George Pounders the vice president of the bank on my business accounts. We will be moving our accounts to him based on the excellent service I experienced meeting with him.
