  I’d like to share this because my mom has banked here for five years and at first I was not impressed with their services because they did not catch any charges that were not made by her never was caught by them. I’ve banked with other banks and they definitely were on top their game. So long story short recently my mom had lost her card so I took her in to get another one, and the bank Teller told her next time we will not be giving you another card. Mind you my mom is 75 years old with scoliosis she can barely walk . I do everything for her they don’t have any idea that all her vertebrae’s are crushed in her back so it’s very painful for her to basically move around . So they gave her another card it wasn’t even a week later there was a fraud charge of 12 .00 ! She was very upset mind you she only uses it family dollar or to pay her online bills. So we had to get another card. When we went in they said there’s a note on your account stating your a high risk . I was like what ? So your literally telling her it’s her fault she’s getting fraud so your going to punish your own customer for this.The way that fraud is these days are you seriously blaming her and punishing her for this ! The gentlemen rudely said well maybe you should quit going to those places where you know there is fraud! I couldn’t believe he said that to us! I’m was like are you serious do you think if we knew where the fraud was being caused we’d keep going those places ? I explained to him she goes no where and she’s the only cardholder! I wasn’t very happy at all. This has made things so in convenient for her for several reasons paying bills and way more important matters! Ian so mad at this bank . I cannot believe they would blame a customer like that. I could see if she was doing this deliberately maybe buying things from s as ok places but she does not . So I went a little farther with this and complained still waiting for a legit answer from the government agency I contacted! So this goes out to other people do not bank here if you don’t want to feel like your a criminal or be accused of causing your own fraud! This is the bank on riverside drive in Rialto California!

  Can I possibly put negative stars?? At that banner bank would land a solid -5. This bank is the absolute worst, never in my 41 years of life have I been treated so poorly due to the lack of training given to their own staff. With no remorse given I have been blamed for a mistake made by a teller and treated like a thief while my own funds are being held against my will. Funds I was provided by the state of California to take care of my rent I was not able to make during Covid. I have waited a long time for this to come thru. And now after jumping thru all the hoops, being scolded for something I was not only assured would be fine but totally honored, but I am given another timeline that will not be before the court date I have to determine if I get to remain at the residence I have lived at for 5 years. Not only that but I certainly feel that the tact used face to face with this branch was unprofessional, curt, almost threatening in fact I am still blown away with the demeanor and tone I was assaulted with. So if what u want is to have ur money taken and dangled in front of u and taunted by an imaginary carrot that above all else is based off ur reaction to a bank made mistake, then ur in the right place. I would never recommend this bank I would never speak high about anything happening here. This place is horrible take ur money and run. I hope when I lose my house banner can look my kids in the eyes and let them know that this happened because they could not provide adequate training to staff, and an unwillingness to apologize or correct a situation that will ultimately now result in my family's homelessness. I am disgusted by the raw indecency this bank has treated me with, shame on them.
