- CMCheyne MercantorNov 19, 20222.0This bank is a nightmare trying to get a hold of someone after hours. If you have a problem on the weekends forget getting anybody on the phone. The automated teller is a joke and has you going in circles. Whoever sold them that is laughing all the way to another bank who actually will hire people to work on the weekends to answer the phone. Avoid at all costs!
