    Have asked to have the bank manager return my call 3 times , once with a branch employee and twice through thier corporate office. Was told by the branch employee , "He will call you back when he wants to!" I'm moving my account as soon as I get back to CA. Im a long time customer, 15+ years, really disappointing. UPDATE: The manager called me today, he was very nice, there was some miscommunication and he only found I asked for a call yesterday. We are working on a solution. Update: The manager never followed up on the paperwork he promised to send. Got to the bank on Tues , was going to try one more time. Talked to a very nice teller and a rude very unhelpful woman I assume was in a leadership position. Ended up closing my account. Worst customer service I have ever experienced at a bank. Went from there to Plumas Bank talked to a very nice young Lady and a half hour later had the new account I needed for the trust I manage. Save yourself some time and frustration and stay away from Banner Bank.
