Extremely disappointed in our visit today. My parents are elderly and made an In person appointment via online To make some changes to their Banking account. My parents are both elderly in Spanish speakers so as their daughter, I always take them to their appointments to help them navigate what they’re trying to do when we entered the bank. No one greeted us this bank teller. Short with a short bob haircut came up to us. I let her know my parents made an Appointment for 2:15pm online She immediately gave me a weird look. Then the bank teller that actually assisted my parents was sitting at her desk across the room from across the room. She asked my parents what their name was. She proceeded to help us, She was very unwelcoming. She had an irritated look to her face like if we were irritating her no manners whatsoever. We were there for about 15 minutes. There was only two chairs for my parents to sit and not once did she offer if I would like to sit. I believe her name was Myra. Both employees that assisted us showed absolutely no manners and were not polite. Once we left and we were walking towards the exit, there was a very kind employee she had on a black cardigan, long blonde hair in a ponytail. She was the only one that actually had manners and was polite. She saw us walking towards the exit. She opened the door for my parents, and she wished us a good day. My parents also have a bank account with Wells Fargo and last week. I took them to their appointment with Wells Fargo and from beginning to end the customer service was exceptional, and everyone was very polite and made sure we were comfortable offered us something to drink offered us seating. It doesn’t cost anything to be kind, polite, and have a smile on your face while you are doing the job that you applied for.

I enjoyed great customer service. My teller could not help me right away but got her manager to come over. We both learned something new today.
