  I went into EECU to get assistance with refinancing my car and I have to say the service I received was absolutely amazing! The branch manager Carrie is so bubbly, nice, and extremely helpful. Danielle, loan counselor, was amazing in getting me setup with an account and answered all my questions about refinancing with ease and professionalism. I didnt meet anyone else there but if the rest of the team is anything like Carrie and Danielle, you are in great hands!!

  EECU is a great help! They helped me move my 401k into an ira and reinvest it. Everyone was so helpful 😊

  Well, Carrie that runs this branch is awesome. I knew her through her last bank. She gets all the stars. Unfortunately though, what was disappointing is out of her control. I was going to open a new account here (Paso Robles). However, there is no phone number to speak directly to the local branch. All calls are directed to a call center (somewhere in the valley I guess). I asked if they offer non-recourse loans but the person that answered didn't know what those were and transferred me to the loan department that put me on hold for 8 minutes. If you are looking for a deposit and go bank this would probably be a perfect place. If you want to build a relationship involving a loan or multiple loans...I'm not sure.

  SAD 2 SAY I WENT HERE 2 DEPOSIT MY CHEC AT LUNCH TIME, 10 MIN DRIVE 2 EECU AND 19 MINUTES WAITING BCUZ JOANA AND CHRIS SED THEY HAD 2 RESEARCH MY CHEC BUT THEY DID APOLOGIZE OFTEN 4 THE LONG WAIT. I SHOULD OF JUS DEPOSIT IT THRU THE ATM MACHINE WITHOUT THE LONG WAIT. I GES MACHINES R BETTER AT TIMES. SAD BCUZ I WAS THE ONLY 1 N THE BANK I GES I NO Y NOW.
