  I have been banking with EECU for a few years now. I was so excited when they put a location here in Paso Robles. It’s nice to go in and be greeted with a smile literally by everyone working unless of course they’re with the customer already. The staff members are all extremely friendly and helpful and the facility is very clean and organized. I have dealt with Dillon on most occasions who has helped with everything from a regular banking transaction, vehicle loan, CD account, and getting me to the right person for future investments. I have never had to wait when going in to this location for any type of transaction I have always been helped right away, which is definitely not the case with many other banks EECU has very competitive rates and services to offer. If you are in need of an amazing bank with extremely friendly staff, you can’t go wrong here

  I went into EECU to get assistance with refinancing my car and I have to say the service I received was absolutely amazing! The branch manager Carrie is so bubbly, nice, and extremely helpful. Danielle, loan counselor, was amazing in getting me setup with an account and answered all my questions about refinancing with ease and professionalism. I didnt meet anyone else there but if the rest of the team is anything like Carrie and Danielle, you are in great hands!!

  Amazing service. A sweet woman helped me with refinancing my car for the first time and walked me through all of the steps as well as communicated with me and the dealership in a timely manner. Exceptional experience, thanks eecu!
