- MMMichael MeyerApr 25, 20261.0I set an appointment to have our taxes done. Their system automatically canceled my appointment without reason or warning. I physically walked to the business to ask why. The girl who greeted me was aware of the cancelation, but had no idea why except to say that it must be a system glitch. I then met a lady who claimed to be a CPA. No problem, she said. She knew I needed IRS Form 3115 to catch up on past depreciation on a rental property. She had all my documents scanned and made an appointment for the following week. She them messaged me the following day stating that TurboTax doesn't offer Form 3115, but still come in for my appointment! I'm serious. Total incompetence. Very nice and friendly people, but they are disorganized and lacking in either training or tools necessary to complete taxes beyond the most basic taxes imaginable. Under no circumstances would I ever consider them for anyone except for the simplest, most basic taxes, such as simple W-2.
