- TZTarah ZdunicMay 14, 20241.0PNC Bank is a scam and a fraud. I set up a business account last year, and I was talked into signing up for PINACLE (don’t do it) and I never used it because it is ridiculously complicated. And now that I am trying to close my account because my business never opened, I am still being charged for PINACLE services. Called customer service, different branches, and even the Treasury Management and no one will close my account immediately. Don’t ever bank with this company.

- KBKorrie BlackSep 20, 20195.0I have banked at many banks from Wells Fargo, Bank of America to CITI bank and BBVA in Palm Springs has by far been the best bank. Pam and Ryan and all the other employees there are always so helpful, nice and so efficient. I would differently recommend this bank to anyone.
