He was available whenever I had any questions, the communication was great through their chat, everything went smooth and on-time, it was more affordable than any services out there, and he got me the best refund possible. In the past, I hired very expensive CPA and I could not even get a hold of them when needed. I'll go with TurboTax expert moving forward, hopefully I can work with Lawrence again.
