  I had a very disappointing experience with this company. I did my taxes with them, and everything seemed fine until I received a minor error message. Since then, I’ve been trying to get in touch with the person handling my case, but all I’ve been told is that they will pass my message along to Gina—yet, no one ever gets back to me. It’s been extremely frustrating and unprofessional. On top of that, they are asking for an additional fee just to email me a copy of my taxes. This seems like a scam, and it's a service I would not recommend to anyone. I will definitely not be using them again in the future. Review update: Thank you for your response and for clarifying the situation. I do want to address the main concern I had, which is the lack of communication and follow-up on my calls. While I understand the issue with the error message stemmed from a misreporting of income on my part, my frustration was primarily due to not receiving timely responses to my inquiries. I was repeatedly getting the run-around and didn’t have the clarity I needed until you stepped in to assist. Once you did, I was able to get the copy of my tax returns promptly, which I greatly appreciate. I had no issue with paying the $25.00 fee; it was just the delay in communication that caused the frustration. Moving forward, I hope that communication can be more efficient, as I truly value the services your firm provides.
