  The people are friendly but wife has been dealing with her mom's affairs. They have been so difficult, requiring so many documents. My wife as already given them a lot. We are from out of town so this has been difficult. The doctors, hospitals and the home she is moving to has all excepted the paper work and POA she has but, PNC is the only one that is holding us hostage so we are reluctant to leave till we get this settled. Know they want to see our actual marriage lic and not a copy. It is five states away.

  WARNING: Do NOT open a bank account with this company — EVER. I had my direct deposit set up with this bank, and they froze my deposit without a single phone call, text, or email. I had to reach out myself to even find out what was happening. I spoke with a representative named Desiree, who knew my situation and understood that the freeze was putting me in a dangerous position because I rely on critical medication. She assured me she would help — then simply never showed up for our scheduled meeting. No call. No update. Nothing. When I went into the branch, the staff casually informed me she just didn’t come in, and they actually found the whole situation nonchalant. Meanwhile, I had been left without access to my own money, without medication, and in a medically unsafe situation because of their negligence. The branch manager, Heidi Taal, completely dismissed me, minimized the seriousness of the situation, and acted as if the lack of communication and disregard for my health, my time, and my money didn’t matter at all. I have never experienced anything so alarming, unprofessional, or reckless from a financial institution. Their behavior put my health at risk, and their attitude showed zero accountability. I will be filing a formal complaint and pursuing legal action. Again: Do NOT bank with this corporation. Protect yourself and your money.

  Do not go to this bank!!! It has been sold repeatedly and the branch manager is cold and uncaring. I am a senior citizen who just had her wallet stolen on vacation, losing both my debit card and drivers license. I reported the loss of my debit card immediately, but now am unable to get ANY money out of the bank. I have been waiting for a new debit card for more than a week now. When I went into the Murrieta branch on California Oaks Road this morning, the branch manager would not allow me to withdraw ANY money without two forms of ID. Of course I don't have two forms of ID because my wallet was stolen. Even my passport would not suffice. I know my social security number, mother's maiden name, the balances in all three of my accounts, but still they would not help me. This experience is compounding the trauma I've already experiencing with the theft of my wallet. As soon as I get a new driver's license and can withdraw my money, I am closing my accounts. Save yourself a headache and avoid this bank!!!

  NO OPTION TO OPEN A NEW ACCOUNT. OR A LIST OF REQUIREMENTS TO OPEN A NEW ACCOUNT. EXAMPLE TO OPEN A NEW CHECKING ACCOUNT WHAT IS THE MINIMUM BALANCE THAT HAS TO BE KEPT, WHAT A THE FEES INVOLVED FOR A NEW CHECKING ACCOUNT! WEBSITE NOT USER FRIENDLY

  For small business loans, Heidi and her team are the only people you want to talk to. For any banking needs, this is the place to do business. I can’t believe they will come to my business.
