I have spent over 90 minutes combined from calling them on two separate occasions. Avoid PNC, crap customer service!

It’s extremely frustrating, especially because there is only one ATM, which means I have to go inside to handle my transaction. Unfortunately, my experience inside hasn’t been much better. The ladies working at the window are often unfriendly and don’t provide the kind of customer service I would expect from my bank. It makes something that should be quick and simple much more frustrating than it needs to be. I’ve been so disappointed with my experiences that I’m seriously considering changing banks. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and works on improving both the ATM availability and customer service.

Between the constantly broken drive-thru ATM and the lack of tellers at the windows, you'll likely spend a good amount of time here. Went in today to see a drive-thru line of four cars and figured "Hey maybe the inside isn't as bad". I walk inside and see two tellers, one helping a line with at least five people and the second teller behind her window not helping the line at all. Plenty of other employees just relaxing in their office instead of helping deal with the line or even offering help. Out of all my major banks, this is the one I really am tired of using. My check deposits never hit the same day, even if I go early in the morning. No other bank I do business with has this issue, I always get the check same day or if it's large enough, a temporary portion. Honestly would encourage people who want faster service and better access to branches to look elsewhere.
