  What a horrible branch. Most importantly the customer service. My husband and I are trying to handle an estate from the passing of our mother. Pls note we live out of state and have no PNC Bank in our state. We’ve had to travel twice to the neighboring state Alabama for assistance in regard to our mother’s account. It’s 160 miles round trip each time. The branch in Alabama has went over and beyond in the matter and along with Legal and Lost Prevention with PNC, came of with a solution to the current situation. The branch on McHenrey in Modesto has tossed us around the 3 different individuals. As of today we were contacted by a man claiming to be Nelsons assistant and he was very belligerent, arrogant, confrontational and more. He in no way would allow you to speak in order to give him Pertinent information in regard to the matter so he knew what solution Legal and Lost Prevention came up with in order to protect the bank from any unwanted legality. This man never called the branch in Alabama to talk to the person handing the matter to get full knowledge of the circumstances or how the bank was able to rectify this situation. The thing is, this man was not even needed for the document in question. The branch in Modest needed not be involved. All that was needed was for the client to sign a document and have it notarized and word it the way Legal said to word it. Then the client themself to mail it. This horrible employee at this location took it upon himself to intervene and involve himself to a matter he knew nothing about, or what has transpired. We’ve contacted this branch and left our concern in the matter, we’ve contacted the branch in Alabama to update them on what this man did, and how he treated us. The document this man sent is no good. It’s pointless, and it’s not what legal nor lost prevention asked for. We also instructed this branch in zmodesto that this man is to never contact us again. Ever…. The phone calls at PNC are recorded. I highly suggest PNC, the bank manager pull that phone call and listen to this employee. He would not allow you to speak, he talks over you, and not once would allow you to fill him in on the whole long going saga with trying to resolve my mothers account and her estate. My husband had to at some point get loud with him, because he wouldn’t let him speak. Even after saying you won’t allow me to speak, the man just kept speaking and talking over him. He has no place working with public. You talk to your clients, you get information, you investigate, and talk to the parties that which are involved. He didn’t care… it was honestly very awful and disrespectful. Nelson, your assistant is a very rude, aggressive individual. He had no communication skills, and needs training in customer service 101. Lastly, one more time… The bank wasn’t even needed for this document. The client just needed to write up what legal and lost prevention said, get it notarized and mail it to the Alabama branch. That branch is handling this matter, not this branch in Modesto, Ca. Edit to add a Cease and Desist letter has been drawn up and sent to that branch in Modesto, all parties involved, and to PNC Legal.

  I've been with this bank for year's. I've never had an issue with my account's. I've never had an issue with withdrawing cash that's available. Untill this branch, they would not allow me to withdraw my own money out of my account, my child's special needs and I explained this and asked if we can please hurry. No!!! They dragged the whole process to only come up with an excuse to not give me access to my account. Keep in mind I had my driver's license, and debit card they still wouldn't allow it. As i left and drove to the Oakdale location in modesto!! As well.. they informed me that the service I received was not acceptable and allowed me to do my transactions without an issue. I belive this branch definitely profiles their customers. They Will tell you they are only allowed to do so much as tellers. But why did another branch do the opposite.? Filed a complaint, and also filed one with the BBB.
