- JJJosephAug 18, 20265.0PNC Bank in Merced CA is a great place to do your Banking. They are very friendly courteous and truly want to help. I've been with them since they opened and I've never had any problems. They generally have short lines and always welcome you as you walk in. Give them a try and you won't regret it. - MMMirella MendozaMar 6, 20263.0I gave this bank chance after chance, especially because there are very little customers when I go in most of the time. So you'd think it would be quick service. However, it ALWAYS happens to me that there are older customers who like to talk a lot. I get that, and I also get that customers need to be treated well. But they neglect other customers when the tellers not considerate of the them waiting. Not all of us are old-we have jobs and things do. It's not okay to just say, "Sorry about the wait," and do nothing about it. There are only two tellers (older one with glasses is slowest who does this the most) available most of the time, which would be okay with little clients that come in, but NOT if they spend 15 min per client (which actually happened this time thus this review). I got tired of it. I will be closing our account and moving on.

The Atwater branch and managers are way more friendly and willing to help out with whatever you need. I am not the type to complain, but the manager there is beyond rude, this is why I tried to give them a chance by just simply doing everything through mobile banking or simply using the ATM. Cristian Lopez was the reason I got a business and personal account there. Everything has completely changed!!!
