  Needs technical upgrading and they have trouble keeping up with innovation. This is almost a dinosaur bank. Had this for over 20 years + and finally had the time to terminate my service. Very unuseful if you don't live in the valley.

  Every time i go inside im greeted and my needs are always met without issue. i have yet to encounter a rude staff member. shout out to jessica for always being joyful. i'm content with this credit union and enjoy the merced branch.

  The bank is unprofessional person. be careful when you guys want to apply for lone. Because before check your income, check the credit score and after that they say oh you are not approved for the loan. The system for all bank first check the customer all information and If the customer are qualified for the loan in the last step, check the credit score but this bank because is unprofessional person work there First check the credit score and after attacked your credit score and than check the customer income to know if qualify for loan or not. It’s bad experience for me 👎🏻

  Im a new member and i have to say, blown away by there service. I was helped over the phone. I couldn't make it in do to medical reasons. Leslie made it easy. Took care of me. Quickly. We had a deadline to meet before we lost a promo rate. And she made it all happen. Sympathy for another human being unfortunately we can not get from automated systems. Im so happy i had a real person who really cared and made it all come to fruition for me. Thank you so much, Leslie I look forward to many years with your credit Union.
