Very disappointing experience with the PNC branch manager, Mariella. We came in to open a business account, and the experience with the branch manager, Mariella, was extremely disappointing. She seemed completely uninterested in helping us and claimed there were issues accessing the Secretary of State website and that sometimes they “can’t log in,” without even taking the time to properly look up our business information or explore another way to assist us. What made the experience even more frustrating was that there were no other customers in the branch at the time, so it wasn’t as though they were overwhelmed or too busy to help. On the other hand, William, the banker, was great. He was professional, helpful, and had a much better attitude toward customer service. We really appreciated his assistance. Unfortunately, the experience with the branch manager left a very poor impression of this PNC location. When a business owner walks into a bank ready to establish a banking relationship, they should at least feel like the branch wants their business.

This is my bank right now, but I'm very close to switching. This may be the last Straw. My husband of Latino descent, walked in to make a deposit this morning and the elderly, white, female teller w/ a 70s haircut was full on Racist! I do not recommend this bank or branch!
