  The door says 6pm Friday ! Yet I opened the door at 5:59 and it's locked and they walk a lady out I ask if they decided to close early today and the lady looked at me and shut the door! Never again will I waste my time at this EECU. All I wanted to do was cash a check not ask a bunch of questions or take a bunch of their time I get they want to go home but come on I clearly had a check in my hand with my card. EECU you need to change your close time on your door and teach your employees some respect.

  I have had nothing but trouble with them since I got my mortgage with them 7 years ago. The mortgage department was a whole nother story with all the mistakes they made I had to look over everything they couldn't get anything right. Since then it seems like I'm always going in there with mistakes. They post my payments wrong they always have excuses that they're going through a conversion. Now I'm waiting for my tax statements and just can't understand why they don't provide them online. Their app States I can print bank statements and tax forms but neither are available. The website says you can also do both but the only things available are the bank statements. And when you call the lady who answers States neither are available. You can ask the same question three times and you're going to get three different answers. And most of the time the tellers don't have any clue what they're doing unless it's a straight deposit or a straight withdrawal . If you have a certificate good luck you better ask for a manager! This place is just a wreck and it never gets better. Took me three phone calls because I was waiting for a representative to pick up the phone I had to keep hanging up. It's just not that difficult people. I understand interest is on the statements. I am looking for the official tax documents to give to my CPA. UPDATE: I just received something else from EECU today, February 4th, postmarked February 2nd. They could say whatever they want they did not put those tax statements in the mail to the customers by the end of January.

  My 19 year old son, was trying to get a $500 limit Visa card, so he could start establishing credit. It was denied , Pretty poor business practice not wanting to trust someone who works, with a low credit limit card $500.

  EECU is an extraordinary financial Institution. I Have been with them for 4 years at the Madera Branch. Customer service and banking services are most excellent!!! Simply the best institution I've been served by!!!! I highly recommend EECU to all and for all your personal financial needs!!!!
