  Never had a service charge now it’s posted then in chat Im told its standard while the account displays it’s never happened. Here’s another conflict Zelle is cut off guess their following suit of other bank with must have direct deposit set up. With Zelle cut off it ruined building the relationship since homes I work on or donations helping at the church cant be sent. Heres another issue i was charged for monthly billing statement where I’d set up go paperless when opening the account. These errors and disabled feature that say no longer being offered lets me understand pending the amount they’ll hunt for an applicable fee or cost to apply. An international fee is another what the heck. With what has happened it only gives the awakening of experiences where a class action lawsuit pops up and they’ll be the next once someone or a group that can start that process surfaces.

  Antonio was a great help over the phone, This location has a 24Hr ATM located inside a locked door which can only be accessed with your Debit ATM card and it is very safe at night!

  I am extremely disappointed with the customer service at this bank. Every time I call for help, I am transferred from one representative to another without anyone taking responsibility or acknowledging the issue. Despite spending a significant amount of time explaining my problem repeatedly, I never receive a clear answer or an actual solution. Customers deserve to be heard, respected, and assisted efficiently. Unfortunately, my experience has been frustrating and exhausting.

  I wouldn’t recommend PNC at all, I always have money missing, and they claim it’s something about a pending transaction, and after two days they release the money back. That’s never happened to me. I’ve had this bank since 2023, every month there’s an issue. I’ve called customer service in the past. I tried to go into the into the branch yesterday with the hopes that a banker would look at my account, statements, transactions or whatever they needed to fix this issue. I was paired with “Israel Carrillo” which is the one who told me pnc will hold your money then release after 48 hours. I’ve never heard of that and this isn’t my first bank, and I know how much money I have. He continuously sarcastically tells me “he would recommend I change banks if it’s too much for me.” Today, after I went yesterday and paid the overdraft plus deposited extra for my car note, I noticed my account was BACK overdrawn. I haven’t used the account since yesterday after noon, depositing money. So I called the number he left me, and he kept repeating the same thing he told me yesterday, he then proceeded to tell me I was being aggressive because he kept trying to speak over me and repeat what he told me yesterday and I kept speaking over him back, I wasn’t aggressive, rude, nor did I use profanity. The calls are recorded and there’s cameras in every corner of a bank. I believe yall should be better trained if everytime you have an interaction with a. Black person theyre “aggressive,” because in all actuality, im passionate about my monthly money missing. And thanks for the sarcastic recommendation to switch banks like I needed that simpleton advice from you, I was doing that anyway
