So now we have to come back again to put money in to keep our account… we cannot even transfer the money online. Such a trash bank… Please go away run away!

You should only go to this bank if you’re at least 70 years old otherwise you will want shoot yourself if you have deal with their antiquated systems. It is like a time traveler machine, if you want to live in the 50s again, this is your bank. Their online portal is terrible and is a terrible user experience. I needed to adjust a recurring payment. To do so I had to physically go into the bank 🤯 Who has that kind of time????? I’m at a loss for words.

Only one teller helping a VIP client in a private screened area who didn’t even acknowledge me or others waiting until I finally went over and asked if anyone else was available. “No, I’m the only one here” was the only response I received. Changing banks to First Republic where my client banks. I just cashed a check there (to deposit here) and received outstanding customer service! Still waiting…🙄
