    Absolute joke of a bank. I've had accounts at dozens of banks for the past 3 decades. Can't remember a single experience like this one. Literally every customer service interaction has been inept, awkward, or weirdly argumentative. They don't appear to be trained in customer service at this company. Avoid at all costs. There are so many better banking options. It's possible this might actually be the worst bank in town. Awful.
