She consistently demonstrated an incredible combination of kindness, unwavering patience, deep understanding, and admirable tenacity. Her candid advice and consistently pleasant demeanor were invaluable, especially during moments of emotional frustration and stress that I experienced. Initially, I might have considered a 4-star rating due to some technical difficulties we encountered throughout the process. However, Ms. Vonya's extraordinary dedication and support elevated my overall experience to a full 5-star rating. Her ability to persevere with such a warm, patient and professional attitude, even through challenging situations, truly made all the difference. It's worth noting that I was informed the services work best with a desktop or laptop computer. Unfortunately, my only devices are an 8-year-old iPad and a 4-year-old iPhone 15 Pro Max, which likely contributed to some of the technical hurdles. Despite these limitations, I am incredibly grateful that Ms. Vonya skillfully navigated these challenges and successfully brought me to the finish line.
