  Recently waited around 20 minutes for service by an associate. Only 2 were available. One was handling a customer at her desk while the other was letting people in and out of safety box area. Once she was done with that task of about 10 minutes, she bypassed us, standing in plain sight, and gave us a "just a moment" finger upon arriving at the desk where the other woman was speaking with a client. After another 10 minutes of waiting, I turned to see the client ask the blonde associate who passed us up if she felt we need service as even he has noticed we have been waiting quite a while. She waved us off dismissively as if his needs for financial information were more important than a customer who has an actual account that needs attention before the weekend arrives. It doesn't take two people to talk about financial options while customers are waiting. If this wasn't the ONLY bank up here, I would most certainly have closed the account and moved on to another, more attentive and respectful institution. This is the only time I have ever seen such disregard and disrespect to customers. I have been to plenty banks with many people for many reasons and never experienced this once. Unfortunately there's no employee listings to find the name of this woman and we have never been serviced by her to know her name. People have things to do and this act was blatant and definitely needs inquiry as to why she would abandon customers disrespectfully over another who was already being serviced by another associate. May 18, 2018; 12:30-1:00 time frame (for security camera review into this). I wouldn't give a single star, but unfortunately its required to leave a review

  Bank manager Jeri Sue Haney was very helpful with power of attorney mater. Now family banking is taken care of.
