  The people here are really nice and helpful. They will help you if you have any questions or concerns regarding your acct or any other business matters. They have the best customer service.

  I was disappointed with my recent experience. I specifically requested that the loan process be held off, but the steps were still proceeded with despite my request. This caught me completely off guard and left me feeling that my concerns were not being heard or respected. I had also asked that my husband be added and that was I, We would do the loan another day. But even after I left he eventually had to leave as it was taking longer than expected for him to be added.. after he explained that he needed to leave, he was kept waiting for an extended period and his time constraints were not taken into consideration. I understand that processes need to be followed, but I believe communication and listening to the customer are equally important. I would have appreciated having my request honored until I provided confirmation to proceed. I hope the bank takes this feedback seriously and improves communication with customers moving forward. I don't know what details are in the loan as I again requested to hold off but the rep still continued with it anyways.

  The atm's are frequently out of service. The parking lot for this bank is a nightmare! I plan on switching banks because of it. Rarely any parking close. Many times there is no parking at all
