  I will say this the tellers inside of the bank are fabulous I love how a tentative they are to the patrons. PNC as a whole is another story.... I was with this Bank when it was BBVA when PNC became PNC things started changing I should have got my red flag with my friend who would hold in her daily balance five digits they're overdraft your account because they take 24 to 48 hours till with the draw the funds out of the account the weirdest thing about it when I spoke to the representatives they were saying that sometimes the merchant could take their time to pull the money out I have other Banks that I utilize I will go to the exact same Merchant and they pull that money out immediately or the bank that I bank with will put that expense as a pending transaction with PNC it says pending transaction but they will still show that amount available in your balance they need to investigate to see what is really going on with this Bank I'm almost 40 years old and I've had a bank account since I was 16 and I've never dealt with what I'm dealing with with this account. I'm going to give it one more month while I only allowed business transactions to come out if they still try to overdraft the account then I will be reaching out to FCC so they can see what is going on because the math isn't matching. I know exactly where my money is and what I put into my account and I stated it it just doesn't make sense that I'm always overdraft when the amount that was taken out should have been the amount that was in the account. Do not take this out on the Reps the wraps are really good people the people in the back office I never met them but something ain't right

  Believe or not, my first bank account is with this establishment. Friendly staff and the service is very special. I'm really impressed 👏

  We've used many banks over the years. PNCs services have been the best. They always do all they can to take care of me.

  I’ve only been a customer of PNC for a couple of months and my account was put on hold for no reason, and a potential end of the relationship with the bank. I did not receive any warning at all such as a letter, email, or a phone call. I checked my online account and the app in the statement and documents section, and there is no type of communication about this. I’ve been trying to resolve this issue and release the hold off my account for the past 5 days, and my experience with customer service and fraud department over the phone, and a banker named Adam at this branch location, has been extremely disappointing and ridiculous. The banker claims that there was a letter sent out about a potential hold on my account but that wasn’t the case. I did not receive a letter and there is not a PDF copy of this letter in my online account as I mentioned above. I had enough of this clown show and decided to close my accounts myself , but I’m unable to withdraw my remaining funded because there are some transaction still pending. I called customer service and they told me that the pending transactions would be posted at the end of the day, and they did not post. So the next day I called customer service to follow up and they contacted the fraud department, and basically got the green light to go to bank and withdraw my remaining funds via cashier’s check. After I got of the phone with customer service, I called the fraud department directly (a phone number that Adam shared) to confirm and they also gave me the green light. However, when I arrived at the bank and spoke with Adam, he says that he spoke with the Rep that put the hold my account, and that there are still transactions pending. He also mentioned that there was nothing he could do. He said that I’ll have to come back and try again, which is absolutely ridiculous. I have never experienced something like this at any bank. Two different departments telling you the same thing, and a banker at the branch location telling you another. I haven’t been able to access my accounts for 5 days and have made multiple trips to the bank. I just want to get my money withdrawn and be done with PNC. Lastly, I will be filing complaints with the OCC and the CFPB soon and see what the next steps are.

  I love this branch. They have a small staff but always are professional and friendly. I have had my account here for over 20 years and the #1 reason I have stayed is due to the awesome service.
