  It’s been a while since I had to go personally deposit a paycheck. I try to use the ATM whenever possible, but this particular time I needed to get a direct deposit form, so I went to the nearest EECU. Bad choice. I should have went to my usual spot on Barstow or Fresno street. I made sure I had my deposit slip filled out, proper identification, and even my laminated bank info card; still that didn’t matter. It was nothing but questions as I got to the teller window. In short, the teller named Nancy wrongfully used her own wrongful subjective views to interrogate me during a simple deposit attempt. I think I will refrain from going to this branch to avoid unwarranted judgement, unnecessary questions, and discriminatory profiling.

  I came in for a 4:15pm credit coaching appointment with Carlos after work. I checked in around 4:10pm at the kiosk at the entrance of the bank and a message appeared confirming my check in. Shortly after I checked in via text. I sat in the waiting room and waited a whole 21 MINUTES. I went to the teller to check in on my status she messaged him and NO RESPONSE. She went back to look for him and he was still wrapping up a meeting with the previous client. By this time it had been 29 minutes of waiting and not getting helped. This felt very disrespectful of my time and energy. The teller was kind and doing her best to figure things out. I hope they can become more mindful of people’s time I drive 40 minutes to get here as I commute for work and I had to wait another 30 minutes. I decided to just leave because I didn’t want more of my time to be wasted. This was only my second time at this branch and I will NEVER return to this branch location again.

  Love the bank, perks and staff but hate the hours. Wish they were open on Saturdays and had longer hours on Fridays
