The worst bank I have encountered. Worst customer service in all the banks I have encountered in my 49 years. The worst auto loan human being exhibited.

I went to EECU the last 45 minutes before closing to get $500 in fives for a weekend event. I've never had any issues going into EECU for 5 dollars bills but this was the 1st for this location. After patiently waiting in the long line it was finally my turn. I told the teller that I need $500 in fives. She instantly looked at the line behind me and said "Ill see what I can do." I replied with "OH, is it not possible?" Teller responded "why do you need $500 in 5s?" In my head I thought to myself it's really not your business but I answered saying "I need it for an event I'm having this weekend" she left to talk to her manager who was a few feet away, came back and said "I can only do $200" I asked kindly "why? Is there a policy that members can only get $200 in fives? I've gotten over $500 in fives at other EECU locations before and it was never a problem. I've gone to wells Fargo for 5s and they never once questioned me why I need fives." The teller turned to her Boss and told her that I wanted to know if there was some kind of policy regarding how much 5s a member can receive. The branch manager approached me and asked what's the problem here? I asked her is there a new policy that members can only receive a limited amount of 5s? She then asked me why do I need $500 in fives? What's its for? Do I own a business? Do I have a business account with EECU? Why do you need so much 5s? I responded again that it's for an event Im having over the weekend. She asked more questions "what kind of event is this? Where is it at?" Mind you this whole time getting interrogated I was telling myself to keep calm. I kindly said to the branch manager "Im just curious if there's a policy that members can only get a certain amount of fives because I never had this problem with EECU. If $200 ia all that you can do then Ill take that." The branch manager responded that I can't take all the 5s. They are limited on fives and they need enough 5s for the next customer who needs it...." it's now 13 minutes before closing time and I've accepted $200 of fives only. I left so much unsaid and should've interrogate her like how she did me but I wasn't there to create a scene nor make this branch manager look bad infront of her own teller with all the obvious lies she's just told me to avoid having to give me $500 in fives because it seems a little to time consuming to do 13 minutes before closing time. I honestly dont know of a bank that doesn't have more than $500 in fives at it's facility neither but I could be wrong.
