- PSPaul SokAug 3, 20265.0Great and friendly staffs are there to help you out in anyways. Just disappointed that my loan application was denied about 5 years ago, when I needed it for an emergency to pay school's tuition.

After being a customer for 46 years their dog crap website and phone system still doesn't recognize me and I am constantly locked out of my account. when overseas I faced eviction because I couldn't access my funds. It took a trip to the US embassy and countless hours, yet they didn't even attempt to fix this permanently. In a word, nobody is accountable and nobody gives a damn
