  I’ve been with EECU since 2022 for an auto loan I’ve dealt with confusion and frustrating situations which is expected when it comes to these kinds of things. I have to honestly say, though from all the people I’ve met the manager at this branch Kay definitely is the most well-rounded, knowledgeable, wise, and has the best customer service skills. EECU needs to give her a raise and more PTO as well as a hybrid position where she can take time out of her day to call people who have accounts with this branch; who are frustrated and not understanding of a situation because they have to keep dealing with the EECU customer service 1-800 numbers.

  I had such a great experience working with EECU! As someone going through the process of opening a new account and navigating an auto loan, I had a lot of questions and Cheyann and Hailee were amazing every step of the way. They were both incredibly patient, kind, and thorough in answering everything I needed. They never made me feel rushed or overwhelmed, and always followed up to make sure I was taken care of. You can tell they really care about helping people, and that kind of customer service is hard to find. I’m really grateful for their support and would absolutely recommend EECU to anyone looking for a bank that actually takes the time to help you. Thank you Cheyann and Hailee!!

  I also feel like I got scammed, I told the guy my account is blocked so he looked at his computer and stated it was not, but would not open it to check, when this was the only reason I went in to tell them. I could not log in from home. When I spoke to the male teller he would not even open my account, just stated it's not locked. I had a check to add to my acct. But couldn't. I went home and yes, it was locked so I went there personally again. Very disgusted with this, the guy, the cashier just didn't act right. hoping my acct. is intact, or I will remove other accounts I have there. Scary as he looked at me strange. Tis the season .......

  I have had so much trouble at this bank. I had $15,000 and my Social Security stolen and they didn’t replace any of my money. Now I got scammed out of $260 terrible service. I’ve been here since I was 15 gay do not take care of their clients at all. DO NOT GO TO ANY EECU BANK OR START WITH THEM. if you ever get scammed, you will never get your money back. Highly recommend NOT Banking with EECU. When I had gotten my account stolen, they told me if they gave everybody their money back for getting scammed then the bank would run out of money as a joke while I am -$15,000 that’s what I get told while I’m crying because I am out $15,000 hi we don’t recommend go to a bigger bank
