  I’ve been with EECU since 2022 for an auto loan I’ve dealt with confusion and frustrating situations which is expected when it comes to these kinds of things. I have to honestly say, though from all the people I’ve met the manager at this branch Kay definitely is the most well-rounded, knowledgeable, wise, and has the best customer service skills. EECU needs to give her a raise and more PTO as well as a hybrid position where she can take time out of her day to call people who have accounts with this branch; who are frustrated and not understanding of a situation because they have to keep dealing with the EECU customer service 1-800 numbers.

  I had such a great experience working with EECU! As someone going through the process of opening a new account and navigating an auto loan, I had a lot of questions and Cheyann and Hailee were amazing every step of the way. They were both incredibly patient, kind, and thorough in answering everything I needed. They never made me feel rushed or overwhelmed, and always followed up to make sure I was taken care of. You can tell they really care about helping people, and that kind of customer service is hard to find. I’m really grateful for their support and would absolutely recommend EECU to anyone looking for a bank that actually takes the time to help you. Thank you Cheyann and Hailee!!

  Omg this is the worst branch I have ever been in!!!! My husband and I walked in to withdraw money due to a new second account we opened, and we're instantly looked at like we were unwelcome or lost and didn't belong there. Our teller, Mariah, had a quick bipolar attitude once we came up to her while she was fake and bubbly to a white couple in front of us. How disgusting that this company conducts themselves hiring people like her and others who are biased and judgemental. That whole area is just as disgusting. Everyone stares like they don't have anything better to do. Very disappointed in your company EECU and ashamed that we have people out there like this.
