- AOAliyah OrtegaApr 3, 20261.0I was surprised this place wasn’t as inviting and helpful as other branches. I came in trying to be to pull out money and the clerk said she can’t pull it out because I don’t have my ID. I told her can you ask security questions like all the other branches I’ve been to. Then the lady had told me it’s policy that they can’t pull out money without an ID. So I called and found out it’s up to the mangers discretion. She did not have to lie to me like that I would’ve appreciated honesty even she told me flat out no. Erin was the manager that day. I had my sleeping baby in my hands I wasn’t expecting to have a bad experience there but I did.
- JKJuan KukocJul 3, 20241.0came in at 3:10 I had my pre qualification letter in hand. Spoke with a supervisor and said everyone was busy and would have to come another day. One loan worker was available as can be. Poor member experience, on top of giving my hard earned money I get bad service.
