  Cash your checks inside dont use the atm machines they shorten your money I had 2 checks missing money and then when I go to report it I get attitude and a delay and there excuse is the machine didnt read it right not happy at all eecu

  EECU has served my purposes by providing me checking and savings accounts for my wife and I. They only get 3 stars because of the intrusive nature that's been on display whilst depositing checks into my accounts recently. They've routinely questioned if I've ever deposited a check from "xyz" before, then taken it a step further and have even asked what the purpose behind receiving the check was for!! Let's pretend for just a moment that information is ANY of their business! If I had a check in my possession for setting a world record for the most one legged jumping jack's while simultaneously chewing 12 pieces of bubble gum and smoking a pack of Camel cigarettes... STILL... none of their ever loving business! "Hey EECU... how about sticking to depositing checks and not worrying about where it came from, how many times I've received a check from "xyz," and what the reason was I have the check from "xyz!" It is NONE of your business! That is not information you're entitled to know, nor do you have a right to even ask! If you want to alienate your customers, keep it up. I have boundaries which is why I didn't answer any of your ludicrous questions about my deposit... stay in your lane and maintain your boundaries!"

  I’ve had an overall average experience with Educational Employees Credit Union. The services themselves are decent and meet basic banking needs, but the wait times can be frustrating. Whether in-branch or on the phone, it often takes longer than expected to get assistance. Improving efficiency and reducing wait times would make a big difference in the overall customer experience.
