  Every time I come here whether it's busy or not this office is like molasses. I could have 2 people in line and they will take 20 to get to you. The other this is they do it intentionally, they see the long lines and will just make you wait to call you up doing stupid things like adjust the stabler move papers around its ridiculous watch the video 7/30/2026 Veronica 3:59 pm....

  I’ve been a member since 1980 when I was a college student. I’ve been out of the area for many years but when I moved back wanted to support the EECU because of the difference it makes in the Valley. I avoid this branch if I can. The lines are long, the tellers are not terribly friendly, and when I’ve needed extra help from someone it’s not been a satisfying experience. I use a different branch most of the time now, one with super friendly tellers who are willing to do everything I need, who treat me as if I’m their only customer for the day.
